I felt like Travis wanted my business. I know all lenders do but he put forth the most effort, his enthusiasm on the phone, I just felt like he was willing to do whatever to get the job done and I liked that. He was very nice, helpful, and just great to work with.

Travis was easy to reach and happy to help explain where we were in the refinance steps throughout the entire process. He was happy to help in any way that he could, even making it known that the initial quote was without any commitment needed. It was evident that he wanted to help us get the best deal and the right deal for us! Right up until closing, he was doing in our corner doing all that he could to help move everything along smoothly.
